The building is interesting because it’s upper volume (2-7 floors) has only one vertical wall, all of the others are slanting. This decision was not just an architect’s wish, but also a creative solution to meet the building regulations. The building has seven floors; each of them is smaller than the one below, therefore the number and sizes of offices vary: three separate offices are designed on the second floor and on the last floors there are only one on each floor, however, on the seventh floor an impressive outdoor terrace is designed, from which you can see the newly built western bypass of Vilnius. Two floors underground are designed for car parking; since the plot is very small – only 20-22 cars can be parked on the same floor. The landing ramp is narrow, only one car can use it at the same time, therefore the building has a traffic light system that regulates the traffic: while one car is driving, others are waiting for the red traffic light to change.
