In order to complete the corner of the block and to create the urban structure of the plot, the building is designed using a perimeter principle, extending the envelope of Vingriai St. and forming the envelope of the side street. Using the surface that is rising to the west, two hulls of different height are designed. The entrance to the two-level underground car park is designed from the side street. The inside of the plot is also reached from the side street next to an existing garage building. A two-level courtyard with a playground for children is formed inside.
