The plot is rectangular, closed, with an area of 829 m2. The two-volume residential building is designed in the northern and southern parts. The entrance to the building A is provided from the dead end, and to the building B – from the western part of the plot. The entrance to the underground parking lot is designed from the dead end. Between buildings A and B, a courtyard above underground car park was designed, where the resting zone and a children’s playground for the residents will be located.
