The massing concept of the development was based on intentions to maintain the historic urban structure of the city while introducing new principles of composition, which would give the housing estate a specific expression, dictate a certain lifestyle and would not dissonate with the whole context. An internal street that gives access both to residential and commercial car parks surrounds the perimeter of the plot. It is used by servicing and rescue vehicles. The complex consists of 3 residential blocks. Buildings form a perimeter that creates a private courtyard protected from external noise. Buildings are not connected to each other due to visual comfort and visibility.
