Business centre, Hilton Garden Inn hotel, shops, restaurants, luxurious apartments and underground parking lot will be located in the mixed use development Live Square. Urban vision of the scheme was to create an integrated contemporary complex, designed for work, stay and living. Completing the urban structure of this part of the city creates an active and vibrant environment that enriches central Vilnius with its architecture, public spaces, inhabitants and businesses. Central axis of the complex will be the arcade in Dainavos g., that will be connected directly to Gedimino pr. and from which main entrances to the hotel, business centre, shops and restaurants will be provided. The principal functional zoning of the territory consists of a private residential area in the southern part (at 5 Dainavos g.) and a public, commercial area in the northern part (at 3 Dainavos g.).
