Shopping mall “Nordika” is located in the southern part of Vilnius, next to one of the most important roads – southern bypass of Vilnius – and IKEA Vilnius. This district is attractive because it is near the city centre and it can easily be reached from almost any part of the city. In September 2015, the first stage of the shopping mall “Nordika” was opened and in May 2016 the remaining second stage was opened. Shopping mall consists of one story gallery, linking all major tenants and the small-scale retail outlets and services among them. At the entrances there are unique designed spaces filled with natural daylight, where the restaurants and cafes are located. There is a spacious, more than 1000 cars fitting parking lot, that is directly linked to the shopping centre “IKEA” by pedestrian paths.
