The project was completed in three stages. During the first stage (2013-2014) the building of the shopping mall was designed and built and during the second stage (2015-2016) it was expanded and the two-floor gym with swimming pools was added. During the third stage (2016-2017) the six-floor office building was built with two-level underground car park. Domus PRO complex is located next to one of the most intense commercial streets in the city – Ukmergės St. It is an attractive, perspective and fast developing northwest part of the capital. Western bypass connects the complex with the main residential districts; it can be used to quickly reach other important roads – Kaunas and Minsk directions. The B+ class business centre that has a BREEAM certificate is known for its innovative engineering solutions, high quality technologies and functionality – all of which guarantee excellent services environentally and in terms of wellbeing of the employees.
