The shopping centre is designed to form a ‘perimeter slope’ development along the bypass connection, with the remaining part finishing the retraction of the perimeter of the Pavilioniu Street with a pylon at the corner. This commercial building is being designed in the shape of an irregular rectangular and will have 4 storeys with a multi-storey car park. The building consists of several parts: a commercial block and a multi-storey car park, with the potential for a development in the north side in the future. The shopping mall is planned on the two main floors with a shopping hall on the first floor next to an outdoor shop. The entrance is designed from the southern side of the gallery axis through Pavilioniu Street. On the second floor there will be the main grocery store surrounded by a shopping arcade comprised of individual rental shops. There will be an entrance from the car park to the elevators on the third (intermediate) floor. Fourth and final floor will consist of administrative premises. All floors will be connected via moving walkways and the natural lighting will come from the eastern side of the building. Separate shops with direct entrances from outside are being designed in the second-floor housing. All shops, with the exception of the planned catering premises and other shops in the northern part, will only be accessed via the entrance to the shopping arcade.
