Preparing the concept of the development of the territory, the brief was to design a wide-profile shopping park and to combine two large shopping centres: the existing PC “SENUKAI” and designed PC “PRISMA” into one complex similar to the surrounding buildings, but also with a special character. The construction was supposed to be divided into two stages. The highlight of the shopping centre is the large hanging roof at the main entrance, which “is held” by four decorative columns, stylized “trees”. For the decoration of the building HPL panels were used with a digital printing with leaf pattern that was designed together with UAB “Brandworks”. Technical project according to the prepared concept was developed by UAB “Ramboll Lietuva”.
