Six floor economy class hotel with an underground parking lot. A total of 200 guest rooms (double and twin) can accommodate up to 400 people. The building has two wings, which are oriented by Mindaugo g. and Kauno g. The street junction is emphasized by a glass corner. On the ground floor, a restaurant and conference halls are located and on the upper floors – guest rooms. Stone tiles and other finishing materials were used for façade finishes.
